Artichoke dip, up a notch

This Kale and Artichoke Dip, from Viance Nutirion, has us salivating.

 

This is not the cheesy, mayo laden spinach dip you find in chain restaurants. Instead, it’s made of fresh kale, flavorful artichoke hearts, and aromatic ingredients for fresh and healthy dip perfect for nutritious entertaining.

 

Ingredients

1 cup artichoke heart, drained

8 ounces baby kale

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 clove garlic

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until you have a dip that is the desired texture. Add additional olive oil if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
