provides 24/7 access to call counselors
ready to provide you with information and
referrals to human serviceagencies and programs serving your area. Their goal is to assist you in finding the help and answers you need, as quickly as possible.
Ways to use the service include:
Dial 2-1-1 to speak directly to information and referral specialists and gain access to
comprehensive information and referral services 24/7.
Chat online with an information and referral specialist 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Search the online database by text, keyword, agency or program.
Basic Human Needs Resources
Including food and clothing banks, shelters, and rent and utility assistance.
Physical and Mental Health Resources
Including health insurance programs, Medicaid and Medicare, maternal health resources, health insurance programs for children, medical information lines, crisis intervention services, support groups, counseling, and drug and alcohol intervention and rehabilitation.
Including financial assistance, job training, transportation assistance, and education programs.
Support for Elderly and the Disabled
