Community Assessment Team (CAT)

The Community Assessment Team (CAT) is composed of representatives from five community organizations:

• Seven Valleys Health Coalition
• Cortland Regional Medical Center
• SUNY Cortland College Community Outreach Partnership Center
• Cortland County Health Department
• United Way for Cortland County
