February 17, 2005 A Housing Confab: Looking at Housing Possibilities in Cortland County.

2 - 4 pm at Homer Avenue United Methodist Church, Homer Avenue  two blocks from Groton Ave. Cortland County citizens say that the deterioration of the housing stock is one of their greatest concerns. In a survey of all the county schools, students listed the lack of neighborhood cohesion as one of their top 5 problems.
