60+ Senior Exercise Class

Sixty Plus is an exercise class designed especially for seniors. The first 15-20 minutes includes a warm-up, stretch, and very light impact aerobic activity. The remainder of the class is devoted to various strengthening and flexibility exercises. Many of these exercises are performed while seated in a chair. Assorted exercise equipment used in this class includes free weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. Class participants work at their own level, and all the exercises performed may be adapted to individual needs.

Offered Mon/Th 10:15 - 11 am.

Sixty Plus is a free class with a YWCA Senior Membership ($30/year). The YWCA invites any interested senior to try a class as our guest.
