YWCA of Cortland
Fitness Classes
One-hour fitness classes consist of approximately 20-40 minutes (depending on class) of aerobic activity, and the remaining time is devoted to various toning exercises. Classes are open to any fitness level, and may be adapted to individual needs. Aerobics may consist of low-impact (floor), step aerobics, or kickboxing. All classes are taught by qualified staff.
