Water Exercise

Water Works - half hour exercise class. 15-20 minutes of water aerobics followed by 10 minutes toning.

Splash - one hour exercise class. 30 minutes aerobics and 25 minutes of toning.

Joint Venture - this class follows the guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation. Some classes are one hour and others are a half hour.

Senior Swim - this one hour exercise class for seniors is 15-20 minutes of aerobics, 10 minutes toning, and a half hour of lap and leisure swim.
