Description of Services:

As a service agency, the YWCA offers a climate where women and family members of all ages may find a place to enrich their lives through experience in the fields of health, recreation, personal and social relationships, knowledge and skills, vocational aids, leadership training, public affairs, community services, and international relationships.

The Cortland YWCA is a multi-service human care organization attuned to individual, family, and community needs. Its five core programs are Aid to Victims of Violence, Early Childhood Educational Programs, Bridges for Kids, Health and Fitness, and Concerns for Women. The YWCA of Cortland has met many of the changing needs of the women and families of the Cortland area for 90 years. This multi-purpose organization provides services that are family oriented with concentration on the concerns and empowerment of women and their families.
