Cortland Youth Bureau
Tutorial Assistance Program (TAP)
If you are an elementary, junior high or senior high student who is having difficulty in school, talk to your guidance counselor about referring you to the Tutorial Assistance Program for one-on-one tutoring at your school. T.A.P. is a great way to better your chances to succeed in school. This program is also free of charge to participants.
To find out if your school participates in this program, call the Cortland Youth Bureau at 753-3021. T.A.P. receives funding through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, the County Youth Bureau, the Cortland City School District, the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Services Project (through Catholic Charities), and the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).
