Hospice Program
Hospice is a certified, home-based program for terminally ill residents of Cortland County. A comprehensive program of care is provided to all patients with a life expectancy of six months or less. Patients are served in their home environment. Care is directed at providing comfort, symptom control, and support for patients and their families.

Drugs related to terminal illness
Short term inpatient respite care
Short term inpatient care
Bereavement support for families
SPECIALTY SERVICES:
Nutritional consultation

Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Audiology
FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS:
Fully covered by Medicare, Medicaid. Other insurances and private pay accepted; sliding fee scale available for those with no insurance. No one denied care due to inability to pay.
