Famiily Health Network logoFamily Health Network of Central New York is a private not-for-profit corporation licensed by the State of New York as a Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Their mission is to provide quality health care primarily to the residents of Cortland and adjacent counties, with a particular emphasis on underserved areas.

FHN's team of healthcare professionals includes Board Certified or Board Eligible Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Dentists, Registered Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Psychiatrists, Certified Social Workers, and Family Counselors.

Family Health Network accepts private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Sliding fee available. Assisted Enrollment in Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus.
