CRMC Home Health Care provides 24-hour consultation services and the rental or sale of various medical equipment used to manage healthcare needs in the home. This includes durable medical equipment such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers and canes, as well as oxygen therapy, ventilators, nutritional therapy items and supplies for tube feeding.

Anyone in the community may contact CRMC Home Health Care for more information on the equipment and services available. Many Home Health Care clients have been recently discharged from a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare facility and need assistance at home.

Office Hours: 9am - 4pm, Mon. - Fri. at 160 Homer Ave., Cortland NY.
