Description of Services:

Provide safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing in the City of Cortland.

Provide comprehensive housing counseling services free of charge.

Provide funds to income eligible first time homebuyers to assist with closing costs and rehabilitation of the property after purchase.

Provide funds to income eligible homeowners to assist with moderate rehabilitation on their single-family homes.

Construct handicapped ramps and perform interior modifications for persons with disabilities.

Operate several programs designed to assist the elderly with housing needs in cooperation with the Cortland County Office on Aging.
