HOME Program - Purchase/Rehab Program for First Time Home Buyers

Cortland Housing Assistance Council, Inc. and the Empire Development Corporation have received funds under the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation's Affordable Home-Ownership Program. This program will offer subsidies to eligible first time home buyers to be used toward reducing closing costs and for rehabilitation of the property after purchase.
