HOME Program - Housing Repairs and Improvements

The HOME Program offers no-interest, deferred payment loans to income eligible single family homeowners to assist with housing repairs and improvements. Examples of eligible repairs are roofing, windows, masonry, plumbing, heating, electrical, energy conservation measures, carpentry and the installation of handicapped accesible devices.
