Family Wraparound Program

The purpose of the Family Wraparound Program is to prevent youth in Cortland County from becoming involved in the Juvenile Justice System through a PINS (person in need of supervision) petition. The focus will be on family assessment; in particular, identifying family strengths. Families served will be connected to existing service providers in our community.
