Case Management Services

Case Management Services is a program of community support sponsored by the NYS Office of Mental Health. It provides support to adults (18 or over) with a history of mental health issues and recurring problems, by assisting with treatment regimens, advocating for them when applying for various services and benefits, and assisting with activities such as arranging appointments, paying bills, etc. The purpose of Case Management Services is to help clients maintain a stable life so that they can avoid the need for higher levels of care in the future.
