Career Closet

A private, voluntary program that gives prospective employees who cannot afford "job hunting clothes" an opportunity to choose a top quality outfit suitable for a job interview. Career Closet candidates visit daily in confidence and by referral only. We utilize professional volunteers who provide tips on dressing for success.

Career Closet does not have a clothing budget. It operates completely through private donations. We seek quality, gently worn business clothing that is clean and in excellent condition. We do not have the facilities to repair or alter clothing. For that reason, we cannot accept clothing that is highly worn, stained, outdated, or in need of repair. Career does provide a tax deduction for your charitable donation. Also, we are available for clothing pickups.

Career Closet will speak to business or organization. We encourage your group to have a professional clothing drive placed on your meeting agenda once a year.
