CAPCO Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program

The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program offers the medicaid eligible consumer with a disability the opportunity to live in the community as independently as possible. This program is designed to allow the individual to take an active, responsible role in planning their own home care. This service enables the consumers to gain more independence in their lives and make choices affecting their own lifestyles.
