Cortland County Nutrition Program

The Nutrition Program provides hot, nutritious meals at each of eight Senior Centers in Cortland County. All individuals aged 60 and over, or married to someone 60 or over are welcome to participate. The Nutrition Program is a unit of the Cortland County Area Agency on Aging. Each meal provides 1/3 of the Recommended Daily Allowance and approximately 550 calories. The monthly menu is posted at www.cortland-co.org/Nutrition/index.htm.

The Cortland County Nutrition Program also makes available hot noontime, cold supper, and frozen weekend meals for homebound, handicapped older individuals. For further information call the Homebound Services Office at 607-753-5084.

Offered at Noon, Monday through Friday. The suggested donation for each meal is $2.25.
