| Description |
| Support group meetings are open to all caregivers of a frail older person. Support groups are beneficial for caregivers of a parent, spouse, relative or friend. The groups provide the opportunity to share concerns and suggestions, and gain from the mutual support caregivers can provide for each other. |

Evening group meets monthly on Thursday nights at 7 p.m. at Access to Independence (see www.cilcortland.org for dates). |
