Family Caregivers Support Groups

Support group meetings are open to all caregivers of a frail older person. Support groups are beneficial for caregivers of a parent, spouse, relative or friend. The groups provide the opportunity to share concerns and suggestions, and gain from the mutual support caregivers can provide for each other. Evening group meets monthly on Thursday nights at 7 p.m. at Access to Independence (see www.cilcortland.org for dates).
