Description of Services

Cortland-Chenango Rural Services is a rural ministry of the Diocese of Syracuse operating as an outreach of Catholic Charities of Cortland and Chenango counties. It provides information, referral, emergency services, advocacy, networking, and community action. Rural services coordinates the human service outreach for the community, networking with area churches and other service providers. The two member staff, an advisory board, and volunteers attempt to meet the needs of the community as they become known.
