Catholic Charities supports a large number of programs, including:
Charles Street Residence Halfway House
- The Charles Street Residence provides the recovering person a warm, homelike environment in which to practice principles of sober living.
Career Closet
 A private, voluntary program that gives prospective employees who cannot afford "job hunting clothes" an opportunity to choose a top quality outfit suitable for a job interview.
Residential Services
- Specialized services and housing options for the psychiatrically disabled. Includes Lawrence House, a 24-hour living environment, Supportive Apartments, providing less structured settings for clients ready to move on, and Supported Housing, permanent housing chosen by the client with relocation assistance and rent stipends.
Case Management Services
- Provides support to adults (18 or over) with a history of mental health issues and recurring problems, by assisting with treatment regimens, advocating for them when applying for various services and benefits, and assisting with activities such as arranging appointments, paying bills, etc.
Case Management for Teens (STEPS/TASA)
- Case managers can help teens by providing emotional support, assisting with problems at school or with parents, or helping them receive services at another agency.
 Rural Services Center
- Located in Cincinnatus, NY, the Rural Services Center provides a "Nearly New Clothing Shop," emergency Food Pantry support, community garden, farmers market, and Food Sen$e food buying program for people of all income levels. Also provide advocacy/referral service, and space for support groups, counseling, foster care visits, or community meetings.
Men's Club
- Assistance with issues such as communication, anger, substance abuse. Provide leisure time activities such as recreation opportunities, trips to sporting events, or volunteering in the community.
Adoption Services
- Children at risk and children with special needs are available for adoption by kind, patient, understanding and supportive adults. Catholic Charities provides support and guidance through the entire process.
